United Card Annual Benefits

Does anyone know if the new United Credit Card benefits rest upon the card anniversary or calendar year end? From what I read I thought it was card anniversary. For some reason the benefits tracker in the United app shows both the renowned hotels credit and the JSX credit are available. I know I used both credits. Also I just got the card in August of 2025 so I have not had my card anniversary. This is the case for my quest and explorer card.
