Pet insurance confusion

I took my cat to a vet for a new illness. The vet did a blood test that cost 501 dollars and the exam cost was 101 dollars. I put on for the claim on the lemonade app but them realized the vet also proved a senior discount listed on the invoice they gave me of 110 dollars. I still want the blood test and exam covered but the amount I paid is less then the requested amount on the claim due to that discount. Should I cancel the claim and file it another way? Or will a person check the claim before paying it out and adjust the compensation appropriately to include the discount. There was not way to add the discount on the app.
