I’ve attempted to payoff our loans, the wife’s and mine. The bank shows the cleared charge for each account 26 December and 29 December. But Mohela doesn’t have any record of the lump sums paid for each account. The young lady I spoke with said she would need to transfer me to someone who could help. When she did the transfer my hold time was 1 hour and 25 minutes. I’m meow 2 hours and 6 minutes in. If I was this bad at doing my job, pretty sure I wouldn’t be doing my job for long…
So should I bail?
Should I hang up and start over?

If you bail now, the wait time will probably be twice as long next time you try and call. I once was put on hold for 3 hours but I refused to hang up. They eventually answered and I got everything squared away right then and there.
Don’t hand up just put your earbuds on and clean the house lol that’s what I do when I am on hold.
It can take several days to process and there have been holidays and weekends since then
