I’m curious how you handle zoning and feasibility before buying land or a teardown.
Do you:
– Call zoning directly?
– Rely on past experience?
– Have someone on your team handle it? ( If so, what’s their process? )
– Just avoid certain parcels altogether?
I work in NC and keep seeing deals die or drag because this step takes way longer than expected, so I’m interested in how others approach it.
