So I recently paid 1 of my loans off through Adivtanage to try and chop down my student loans (15k). I paid about $1800 to allocate in December but when I log into FSA, it says i’ve made no payments at all? My loans are in default and it says the same thing that I haven’t paid anything when i log into FSA Debt Resolution part of the website. I’m just confused if what I paid to aid vantage really did anything or am I suppose to pay through the debt resolution website instead??
I’m hoping someone might know what’s going on or has this happened to anyone else?
