Insurance for Unlicensed Motorbike in Laos

So I'll be traveling to Laos for a visa run soon. I do not have an IDP and so will be riding a motorbike illegally, which is a common practice in Southeast Asia. If I damage the motorbike I can afford out of pocket expenses. But if I were to get into a serious accident and need to be airlifted, I would like to be insured for that. Are there any insurance companies that would cover such a thing?
