Hello. Currently approaching 10 years TIS, 6 years active with about 4 years of prior NG service. With my TIS counting on the pay scale, will it count towards hitting 25 years to receive 50%? My total years towards retirement is a little over 7 based off point conversion. When I hit 22 active and 25 TIS, does that satisfy the requirement? Thanks in advance.
BRS: 20 vs 25 years. Does TIS count towards the year mark?

BRS is still 20 years. It just makes the multiplier 2% instead of 2.5%.
I’m not sure what you’re trying to ask here. If you want an AD retirement, you need 20 years of AD time. Once you hit that, your NG points can be added on the back side for additional years/months.
Look up 1405 Service Credit. I think that’ll help you out.
