Why is the Dogecoin supply increasing so fast?

According to coinmarketcap.com, the current supply of Dogecoin is 168.21 billion. It showed 161.59 billion on December 7 and 151.98 billion November 30.

It's supposed to only be about 5 billion per year, right? I posted this on r/dogecoin and it was removed.
