      I’d hit up the local REIA groups and maybe network with some wholesalers down there – they usually have the off-market stuff before it hits the MLS. Facebook groups for Chattanooga investors might be worth checking too

    2. You’re going to have to get in with a local realtor there who works with investors. I’m an investor doing this in a different out-of-state market, and got set up with a realtor and lender familiar with investors and they’ve made it much easier to find the type of thing you’re looking for
