There is a parcel that I really want to get. It's not like it's a high demand piece of land but it fits in extremely well with my plans. I suspect it is going to be up for an Arkansas tax deed sale this year, but here's the thing – Arkansas still does in person sales. I would be willing to go out there in person … that's how important this parcel is to me, but it would be expensive and very inconvenient. Is it possible to find someone that would bid on my behalf so I don't need to go out there myself?
