Landscaping company dodging my insurance

About a month ago a snow plow backed into the front of my car at my place of employment and left the scene without leaving a note. It was all caught on cameras with multiple angles.

My work gave me the contact information of the landscaping company they contract. So I filed a claim with my insurance. However they are unresponsive to my insurances attempts at reaching them. I’m on the hook for my deductible with seemingly no way forward since the driver and their insurance is unknown.

What would be the next steps here? Is there anything to do? Any help would be appreciated since I’m new to all of this. Thanks!
