Just got an email from the Dept of Ed to check my online account. Held my breath, logged in, and saw that I had received the golden letter today!! This means $30K will be forgiven (3 loans)!
Unfortunately, I still have 3 more loans that I'm trying to fight with them about "ineligible payment counts." After 10+ years in public service, I should have all 6 loans forgiven at the same time but I'll take partial forgiveness for now!
Hope everyone who is waiting for their golden letters receive them soon!!
