California introduces bill to legalize plug-in balcony solar

This is awesome. Not until like clear why you need a law to plug something into your own house but be that as it may I’m glad that they’ve taken this step.

I assume this is for emergencies & power banks, yes? ‘Cause the CPUC slashed power buyback rates to the bone after mandating solar on new construction & hope this isn’t the same trap.
