How the situation in Venezuela could affect gas prices

A new analysis finds that the average price of gas in the U.S. is expected to fall to its lowest level since 2020 this year. While the yearly average will fall under $3, GasBuddy notes that there is some expected fluctuation throughout the year due to seasonal demand, weather and geopolitics. Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, joins “The Daily Report” to break down the report and discuss what the military raid in Venezuela may mean for gas prices.

    1. Just 3 days ago the entire US media was forecasting increased prices. They must have taken the talking points from the DNC only to have to reverse their position. Lazy reporting with zero integrity.

    2. Oil billionaires mess with these prices to manipulate the world….Only fools would believe their gas prices will stay low…..Billionaires will never sacrifice profits….especially on necessities like gas! Wake up!!

    3. Hahaha, its not because of Venezuela oil, the US doesn't have the capacity to refine heavy Venezuelan crude oil, it will take decades to build the plants to process that oil. Be smart people!
