An old friend just sent me a text saying
“Yeah, just wondering do you know anybody that has good credit? That is wanting to make 500 per month for using a credit line for an investment property”
Can someone please explain this. And the risk etc. involved. Don’t know too much about this stuff. Thanks.

They ruined their own credit, and now they want to use (and ruin) yours. The outcome will not be good.
If your old friend was good with money and investing his credit wouldn’t be dogshit and need another person
