So i pick up a car from fox rent a car from phx airport. Prepaid the car through expedia, noticed the tonight(following night) that i was charged loss damage waiver without really knowing about it. The only question close to me saying yes to the waiver was the lady asking if i wanted better or minimum coverage. I said minimum assuming expedia covered all fees and i already paid for everything. She never mentioned anything about 35$ per day. She never mentioned $411 total extra charged. Im going tomorrow to ask for a refund because the online customer center couldnt help. What are specific things i can do to help my situation and what should i say tomorrow that could help me get a refund.

You agreed to it, so you are unlikely to get a refund.
This is why they are so cheap. They make it up with tactics like this.

Do you carry collision coverage for your own car? If not, then Enterprise’s minimum coverage is typically needed.
