Has anyone successfully had their borrowers defense case approved after three years ? My case will reach the three year point in April 2026. ( I applied April 2023) I haven't heard a peep from the department of Ed since I applied. I am not covered under the Sweet lawsuit because that filing deadline was Nov. 2022.
