If you are not able to complete every step of the patent filing process, don’t bother. Without a protection of your intellectual property (and evidence it is truly a novel and procedural idea) it is just unsolicited advice you would be giving them… that they can take for free.
Plus, unless you can develop a Business Plan for it to demonstrate the financial gains, market research, and show an understanding of how it would need to be implemented (with procedures, methodology, and costs) you would be laughed out of the room.
