Think you just have to accept verification. Otherwise you’ll find yourself getting frozen every 5 mins

you can use any swap services BUT is more expensive and you need to learn about self custody from the very begining (you need a wallet and i do not recommend any hardware wallet)
Register on an a known exchange while you learn to selfcustody properly.
