Confused about next steps

I was in save plan and have not received any communications about loans in years. I know save went or is going away. When I log in to the fed site it shows no payment is due however it looks like I’m now on a standard plan with a payment that is very unaffordable. What are we supposed to be doing? Why aren’t they communicating?
