I dont have a car to learn to drive in and was wondering….if I buy a car and its in my name is someone else whos gonna teach me to drive able to insure the car? Or am I able to insure the care without a drivers license?

Why can’t the person who’s going to teach you how to drive, teach you how to drive in their car? Do you have a learner’s permit yet?
