Got rear ended today at a stop sign but I only have a front camera and the guys driver license. I forgot to take a video of the scene or picture of his car. Is this enough proof?
Rear ended, go through insurance?

Call your insurance and they will launch an investigation. They will examine your vehicle and determine the point of impact and speak with the other driver.
