May 1st 2024 golden email, art institute. What to do?

Hi. I received the forgiveness email from education department on may 1st 2024 saying all my loans from The Art Institute were going to be forgiven.

In January I received a new confirmation from the education department saying I didn’t need to do anything and they were going to forgive the loan.

I haven’t seen anything in my account. I’m on forbearance but interest is starting to accrue and the size of the loans keeps growing.

Is there anything I can do? Should I try restarting the payments just in case they never forgive the loans?

I’m in mohela and my loans are from the Art Institute of San Diego (Argosy University)
