I'm worried, my loans haven't gone through yet, but they do say they are pending on my college portal. Tuition is due on Tuesday and tomorrow is a Bank holiday… Why would my school wait this late to start the process of putting financial aid out? What do I do if I don't get my financial aid on time to pay my tuition?

If you are waiting on loans, the school should have it in their system and it won’t charge you late fees or drop you from classes.
They have to wait until at least a week or later into the semester to ensure students are showing up to class before aid is dispersed.
If you are concerned just call first thing Tuesday and make sure it’s all set up correctly.
