Just curious what real landlords here struggle with most. Cause I’m building a tool that helps landlords automate tenant screening,rent tracking,comms.
Before we finalize features, I wanted to ask:
If you could wave a magic wand and fix ONE landlord headache instantly, what would it be?
I’ve heard: screening, rent chasing, maintenance, legal, etc.

Honestly the biggest pain is tenants who ghost you when rent’s due but then blow up your phone at 2am about a leaky faucet they could’ve mentioned weeks ago
Make ur tool do all the maintenance
A tool that knows a good contractor who will take the small jobs.
