I will have a 1 whole coin by the end of 2026. Do you think one coin is enough or keep stacking?

If so, why is 1 enough?

If not, why isn't 1 enough?

Do you think 1 BTC is enough?

i think it really depends on what role bitcoin plays in your overall plan rather than a specific number. one coin sounds huge in bitcoin terms, but in life terms it still depends on where you live, your timeline, and what you expect it to cover later. i try to think in terms of percentage of net worth and how much volatility i can actually sit through without stressing. stacking past one only makes sense to me if it still fits comfortably into your routine and doesn’t crowd out other priorities. otherwise having one and holding it well is already a solid position.

I think it depends on your long term goals. If your entire portfolio is that 1 btc then probably not. It all depends on what your long term goals are with trading. You could do lots with 1 btc but you could also be very passive about it as well.

      >If not, why isn’t 1 enough?

Because, according to AmericanHODL, to have guaranteed “eternal riches and big titty bitches”, you need to own 6.15 BTC.

    4. Who can answer that question for you?

Is it enough if Bitcoin goes up to 1 million, 10 million?

And if BTC falls to 0 (very unlikely, I grant you), will you sleep soundly?

1 BTC is enough if you have a defensive plan to go with it. If you’re counting on your single BTC to cover your entire life, it’s a risky bet.

    5. 1 BTC won’t be generational wealth, unless perhaps if you live in a third world country.

Still, 1BTC is 1BTC and you’ll be part of a very small club of whole coiners.

I got to 1 bitcoin a few time ago and I thought it was ok. Once I realized I wanted a better position, I started to buy again and every time I do this today, I remember how many sats I could buy with older prices by the time “1 should be fine”.
If you believe it’s the best asset, you’ll gotta stack as much as possible. If you’re just investing and diversifying, a whole coin is a good deal.

Depends on where you live and how you want to live.

Does 1 BTC give you the life you want or your kids? Are you 20 or 50? Only you will know know

We used to ask if 10k was enough. Then 100. Then 21. Then 10.

I think right now the question is supposed to be “is 2.1 BTC enough”. You’re still early to be asking if 1 is enough, that happens next cycle.

    11. Consider your age and your fiatworld assets. Do you have enough to ride out the bitcoin cycles and hodl your BTC safely? Is retirement close enough to be a consideration? If you’re short on fiat assets, build them up more when you’re a wholecoiner.

    12. I was planning my retirement and asked AI how much I need to retire based on my current spending and it told me I need approximately $3.4m by the time I retire.

So no, I don’t think 1 btc is enough. I would need around 47 at the current price.

    13. Best to view as a percentage of your total net worth

Conservative would be 5% or less imho 🤔

Well how high do you think bitcoin will go?
Say it goes from $72,000 to $1,000,000, how much will your value be then?
