Our agent told us 2 days ago that the company which was asked to provide a new rebuild value estimate could not contact my wife‘s phone and therefore we were at risk insurance being cancelled. I called the estimator today for an appointment but we just received an email that our home insurance is canceled per tomorrow.
Whats this 🤬🤬🤬 behavior of this 🤬 company. is this normal?

They need to inspect your home. Pretty standard stuff. If you don’t respond or comply with the inspection request they cancel your policy.
surely they called your wife multiple times and were ignored so they marked that as a rejection of inspection.
