Why is everything crashing

I’m trying to understand what’s driving the recent selloff across the crypto market. It feels like almost everything is moving down at the same time, and the price action is starting to resemble previous drawdowns like 2021–2022.

I’m not looking to panic sell, but I’d like more context on what’s actually causing the downside pressure.
