Hello, we're currently interested to one of the community of M/I Homes in San Antonio and interested to To-Be-Built / Ground-up and taking loans from their in-house financing.
Is there any one go thru to this path? How was the the process? Did you get the possible estimate of the house including the upgrades? How about incentives, is it worth it?
Any experience M/I homes San Antonio?

built with mi in dallas few years back, not san antonio but probably similar process. their in-house financing was actually pretty competitive at the time and they had some decent incentives for using it. the estimate thing is kinda tricky though – they give you base price but upgrades can add up fast, like really fast. i’d definitely get everything in writing before you commit because costs can creep up during the build. overall experience was smooth but just watch those upgrade costs carefully
