I got a Delta skymiles Reserve card in November and met the offer spending in first month, and have earned a lot of points on each statement and none of them are in my account. I have called several times and they keep pushing back another month on when the review on my account will be complete and all of my skymiles will be released from a hold. Has anyone had this happen? Did you eventually get the miles? It is over 200,000 miles they are holding!! I have not done returns or anything to trigger a review so I am confused why they are holding them!

Are you seeing the associated medallion qualifying dollars in your account? Those refresh several times a week. If you are not, it sounds like the card may have gotten linked to a different SkyMiles account (or that they opened a new SkyMiles account for you when you opened the card).
