Did anyone notice problems earlier today (Tue, Feb 5) receiving quotes or submitting orders or getting updates from their broker?

I noticed on Schwab that submitted SPX orders would sit for a long time in "WAIT REV" or "REPLACING" status on ToS Mobile. Sometimes cancelling the order and resubmitting would fix this (cancel then replace, not cancel/replace).

I also noticed ToS Web would show resting limit orders with very incomplete information (spreads missing legs and limit prices).

I also noticed the quotes on Tos mobile versus web were very, very different for both futures and SPX (this might be "normal", though).

I didn't check other brokers closely. downdetector had just a few reports from this morning for thinkorswim. I didn't get a chance to open a Schwab support ticket to ask about known service issues.

It is a little stressful when discretionary orders capitalizing on market volatility cannot be handled properly!

So this is also a PSA to remember that when you need to take profits or stops, your broker may not show you the correct quotes or may have an outage (orders not accepted, getting logged out repeatedly, etc). Brokers often do not guarantee service. So keep that in the back of your mind: should you have any resting TP/SL orders before things get broken? Etc.
