Background: We are torn between staying in our current home or getting a new home as our home is too big for us . I purchased some large (8’ x4’) planting beds I was going to install this spring. But I don’t want to install them if we decide in a year to sell and they would be looked at as something negative. The rest of our 1/4 acre is landscaped and I designed it to be low maintenance, so the planting beds would not be an eyesore full of weeds, etc.
What are your thoughts? Thanks.
