Bank Says My Credit Card Is Paid Off, But My Credit Report Still Shows $809 Owed

I paid off my $809 credit card balance on January 6th. Shortly after the payment, Bank of America closed the account. I contacted them to confirm, and they verified that my balance is $0 and that the debt has been fully paid.

However, my credit reports are still showing that I owe $809. I’m requesting assistance in getting this corrected as soon as possible.
