been doing ecommerce for 3+ years now and the landscape keeps shifting. what used to work even a year ago (cold email, basic meta ads) feels way harder now.

curious what's actually moving the needle for people in 2026:

    – are you still running paid ads or pivoting to organic?

    – anyone seeing results from short form video (tiktok/reels)?

    – whats your take on ai tools for creative and copy?

no pitch, genuinely trying to learn from others. would love to hear what's working for you.

what's actually working for customer acquisition right now?

    1. I use chat for for creative and copy. What used to take awhile now is pretty much done instantly. The key is in the prompt.

    2. Most acquisition channels are not failing, they are saturating faster than organisations are adapting their internal coherence.

When the offer, signal, and timing fall even slightly out of alignment, activity increases while traction quietly disappears.
