Discover cash back card declined

22M – I applied for the discover cash back card last night after my discover student card was switched to a chrome and they declined me. I’ve had a credit card open since 18, no late payments, no loans. Does anyone know why I would be declined I thought you couldn’t get declined for that card 😂
