I’m a solopreneur, and sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated or stick to one task. I’m thinking of trying an accountability partnership, where we share our daily tasks and help keep each other on track. Ideally, I’d love to do this with another founder.
Also we would update and show our work to each other. Let me know a brief about you and your startup and see if we can make this work!!

I totally understand how challenging it can be to stay motivated as a solopreneur! Finding an accountability partner sounds like a great idea. I’d love to hear more about your startup and see how we can support each other.
I have a start up and software as well , we can start hospital tech services together. If you interested please let me know
partnerships with strangers usually fade out by week 2 (“ghosting rate” is 90%).
if you want real accountability, use **Body Doubling** tools:
1. **Focusmate:** 50-minute video sessions with strangers. You state your task, work on camera, and review at the end. It’s awkward at first, but highly effective for ADHD/procrastination.
2. **Groove:** similar concept but more community-focused.
don’t rely on willpower or a “chat buddy”. rely on a system that forces you to sit in the chair.
I did my first couple startups with a co-founder, which definitely helps with accountability. Now I’m trying solo and it is a different experience. Do you have your plan and tasks broken down somewhere? I find it helpful to fake daily standups and review the plan weekly to see your progress!
I’m founder too and open to become your accountability partner
I’ve been doing accountability partnerships for years and they’re honestly a game changer for solo founders. The key is finding someone who’s at a similar stage but not in your exact niche so you’re not competing and being brutally honest about what you actually accomplished vs what you planned to do.
Disclosure: I’m the founder of ScatterMind, where I help ADHDers become full-time entrepreneurs.
