I googled something but had a typo, and while i got my answer, this popped up in the results

I see its the SEC webite and stuff, but can anybody explained how this happened and what this is? Im not sure if this is the right sub but its the only one I could find related to the SEC.

This is the raw XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) format from the SEC. It seems to show a DEF 14A form for Wendy’s. These are definitive proxy forms typically having to do with issues that will be voted on.
