Accident claim in Orlando what do I do

I was in a car accident in Orlando recently and I’m honestly kinda lost on the insurance side of this. Other driver ran a red light and smashed into my driver side, car spun and ended up on the curb, driver door was crushed in so bad they had to pull me out from the passenger side.

I felt “ok” at first but a few hours later my neck completely locked up, shoulder was burning, went to the ER. CT scan was clear but I’ve had headaches, and nerve pain since… just started PT and it’s def not over yet

Insurance keeps calling like every day and it feels like they want this wrapped up fast, even tho treatment is still going. I’m nervous about saying the wrong thing or signing something too early… when does talking directly to adjusters start becoming a mistake? Anything specific I should absolutely NOT do right now? I’m also starting to look for a good accident lawyer in Orlando so pls, any advice is appreciated.
