We are going to look for an agent to sell our house soon( water gap PA)
I know 2 agents in the area so far:
1- The agent who was the seller’s agent to our current house, she had some really nice pictures set up, and decorated for open house etc.
2- The agent who was our buyer’s agent to our current house, he was very knowledgeable about houses and what are things to look for for buying a house etc. not sure if that’s helpful for selling
a house, but he was a nice guy overall
Should i go with one of these agents, or look for a different one, what are som important things in a seller’s agent that i should look for?
How to find a good selling agent?

You should interview both. Ask them to come over to the house and present their plan/strategy for selling your property.
Do not pick an agent based on their promised listing price. There needs to be an actual strategy.
