Refurbished phones – Is Asgoodasnew reliable?

I've been thinking about changing my phone for a while and, even though I usually buy stuff from Backmarket, I discovered Asgoodasnew a few days ago which, from the looks of it, offers much phones for a much more discounted price compared to Backmarket.

Since the phone I'd like to buy tends to be a bit on the expensive side – even as refurbished – I did some research and while I saw some very good reviews for Asgoodasnew I also saw some that call it a scam.

I don't want to risk it, but the amount of money that I would save up by buying from them is quite considerable. Does anyone here have any experience with this seller?
