Hey all, I’ve been thinking a lot about venture capital investing for my startup, but I’m hesitant about losing control of the company. The funding would be amazing for growth, but I’m not sure I want the pressure that comes with it.
For anyone who’s gone through venture capital investing, what was the experience really like? Was it worth giving up that much equity for faster scaling?
Also, I’d love to hear about anyone who’s used other ways to fund their business. How did those options work for you and did you feel you retained more control?
Venture capital investing: Is it the right funding option, or should you consider alternatives?
