Says received in PayPal but still says pending even though it’s BEEN confirmed on the blockchain. Cashapp wallet was giving me issues first time trying PayPal freaking out now thinking my money is gone!
Why is this transfer still pending and taking so long on PayPal?

Just 2 confirmations. Exchanges often wait for more than 1 confirmation before reflecting the Bitcoin so thats normal. For example coinbase waits 2 confirmations but if they come in quickly perhaps 3 confirmations which is the right way to handle a deposit.
From what I read paypal reflects after 3 confs
