I've applied three times to Citi custom cash lmao. I apply, I get rejected, I wait 6 months. I thought third time's the charm but that's not how it works with credit cards 😅
Every time I get rejected, the letter they send is super weird. It just said that the credit agency did not report enough information. So I don't even know what I need to improve. It's probably low income though I wish they would just tell me.
Annual income 22000. Credit score 759. They ask for rent too and it's 850/month. I'll try again in 6 months 😃
I want that Citi custom cash so bad

If it makes you feel better I’m annual income 125k credit score 765 rent 3k and got rejected too. My wife is basically the same and also got rejected.
If BOA doesn’t nerf their rewards program in the forthcoming announcement I’m just gonna do that but otherwise I’ll be back on the apply every six months train.Â
Try reporting rent/utilities in the meantime. And pay down any debt you have. If you strike out again, you might want to try another card. US Bank Cash+ is good too – choose your own bonus categories.
you didn’t happen to freeze your credit things at equifax, etc?
