      YUP!! I've been in the process of selling my house for almost 4 MONTHS NOW!!!
      Someone said they wanted to buy it within just 1 week of advertising it!
      Still waiting for the sale to go through!!…….. Tick Toc, Tick Toc!!………… YAWN!!
      Nothing happening apart from Solicitors, Estate agents & the Government taking THEIR CUT and dragging it out as long as possible!!
      Buying & selling of property is PURELY an opportunity for the PARASITES TO MAKE MONEY!!

      Man it is my base case current new traders are more thin skin than every before. That is the explanation of the 5 F&G. The buy the dip new stock traders and the crypto levs are not mature enough for trading sports cards let alone these assets. Yes buying st 60 seems low risk to me but no way this is a bottom. No markers i Watch tell this story. Just wait till we get a FTX style dump

      I bought another tranche of BTC at $64K during the last dip. Missed the $60K bottom, but I am still really happy with my purchase. If it goes down near $60K again, I will buy another tranche. But my bet is the bottom is already in. $68.8K as we speak.

      Bitcoin is not ok though. The base layer isnt generating fees. All big US miners pivoting to AI. You guys already made the big gains. Those big gains are in the past.

      I think a video on your house purchase would be of interest? At this point I don’t think this could happen in Australia not yet anyhow, I’m aware we certainly could use bitcoin but I’m going down the road of legalities stamp duty etc. Government involvement.
