Valentine’s day – after sale on Sunday?

What are some stores I can go to (I live in New York City if that helps) that is doing a huge sale on chocolate and flowers and other gifts (like those teddy bears). I saw last night a lot of chocolate still left but people were still selling it at full price and they're expiring this year. Since the ones I saw were outside vendors, I doubt they are going to be outside today, any suggestions on where to go? I think Walgreens is a good start but any other recommendations?
