I don’t own a car nor is public transport an option here. Idk i’m just a college student with limited funds. Sometimes i spend like $4 on a meal at mcdonald’s or something but i am forced into using delivery apps. I’m just hungry. The only food we do have at home are food you need to cook, which is offlimits for me to touch and only gets cooked whenever the buyer feels like it, even if i did know how to cook.
how to save money via delivery apps?

“even if I did know how to cook”
Phrasing it like this is condemning yourself to a lifetime of not cooking. It’s not very difficult — you just learn in baby steps. Cooking is by far the most frugal option if you really want to reduce your spending. If you can’t get to a store then you should get ingredients delivered, not meals, and cook at home. What ingredients exactly depends on what you want to cook and what equipment you have, but I like beans and lentils, pasta with jarred sauces, fried rice, stuff for sandwiches, grilled fish, etc.
What prevents you from just buying regular food and cooking yourself? if its the buyer’s choice on when stuff gets made, just be the buyer
