Has anyone else noticed weird activity on their account recently?

My loans are serviced by aid vantage. I got a snail mail letter that one of my loans may have been overpaid. None of my loans were near being paid off.

I log in and my largest loan is in IDR administrated forbearance.

I know before all of this stuff got weird I had loan with a forgiveness date of February 2026. I originally tried to enroll in the SAVE plan, but think I went back to a different IDR plan because I have been paying on the loans most of the time except for a few months after consolidation a few years ago.

I still have balances, but there is also a notice that my interest rate discount is being cancelled because my to pay is cancelled, which it isn’t.
