    1. India has delayed plans to send a trade delegation to Washington this week, chiefly because of uncertainty after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, a source in its trade ministry said on Sunday.

The trade deal has practically been put on hold. There will be renegotiations done likely.

Trump makes his decisions based off the smell of his morning shart. You can never predict it.

    3. Shocking I tell you. The US administration is holding far fewer cards now. Peak FAFO on their part. Very regarded.

15% is tolerable for most countries if it means in 6 months the US administration can’t really do much.

At this point tariffs and affordability are pretty hot topics. Not many politicians are going to be excited to be on record voting for tariffs going into the elections

They were one of the first countries to make a trade deal, or the most progress towards one. I wouldn’t want to continue it either after the Supreme Court ruling.

    5. SCROTUS telling Trump he can embargo/sanction (a tariff of infinite percent with the right proscription mechanisms) but not explicitly tariff is absolute lunacy, but more so when he can just enact an embargo/sanction and then set the “penalty” to a percentage of the good and charge it against either the importer or exporter. I’m betting that happens. There’s a reason the VIX dropped after his presser, he’s got a lot more tools in his bag than people realize.
