Since most of my expenses are on food. At work i can eat some and get two meals out.
But not the healthy stuff like beef.

I have protein shakes, i found the cheapest and cleanest i could get. I bought suppliments too, vitamin D and Magnisium.

These are once a month purchase.
I only use cell data, no lan connection, i have no subscription plans for anything.
I don't eat or drink from outside.
    What can I do next.

What else can I do to save money wisely?

    1. at some point, the “how do I save more?” question tends to shift from “spend less” to “earn more”.

If you’re cooking at home, and getting most of your meals free from work, and that’s still most of your expenses… I think the place to make the number really move will be the income side of the equation.

    2. Why do you want to spend less? Are you struggling to pay for essentials? Does spending money bother you on an intrinsic level? Do you believe you earn plenty but you don’t know where it all goes?

Once you know what your reasons are, you need to figure out *your* expenses. The fact that I could save a few bucks a month by canceling my Netflix subscription won’t help you save a penny.

    3. If you live near ethnic markets, they usually have inexpensive fresh produce. I’ve been buying 5 bags of produce twice a month for around $30 to $40. I buy a lot of fruits and veggies for $1 a pound or less. Then bulk beans and rice from ethnic markets or warehouse stores, for around $1 a pound or less.  With that as a base, you can eat pretty healthy without spending a lot. Just add in smaller amounts of other foods like olive oil, nuts and seeds, chicken, eggs, cheese, canned tuna, etc. at warehouse prices.

Based on my local prices, it costs $150 a month per person to eat like this, 2K calories a day, or $5 a day.

    4. Start tracking your income and all expenses either on a spreadsheet or an app. After a month or two you will see where your money is going and that will help you see where you can either reduce or cut out purchases. But you have to be very honest with tracking ALL expenses.

I did that in a very short time I was able to see how much impulse buying I was doing on Amazon. I no longer do that anymore.

You can use a High Yield Savings account, better than sitting in a bank. Some can function as a checking account too, if needed.

For food, try meal prepping and freezing meals. Stock up if you can on items that can be frozen. Sometimes you can get better deals on family packs of meat, section it out for a meal or two and freeze.
