TLDR at the end if you have ADHD.

Quantum eMotion has been building the foundation of post-quantum cybersecurity (PQC) and it's the last chance to hop on the train early (100+ bagger)

The company is getting listed on NYSE tomorrow with its market cap being just below $1B at closing today.

If you're not familiar with quantum technologies, let me brief you. Quantum computers are a threat to current encryption methods. Today, our encryption systems such as RSA or ECC are efficient because it would take classical computers thousands of years to crack them.

However, with quantum computers – which can try all the possibilities at once if they're powerful enough – the job could be done in hours if not seconds. This means the whole global cybersecurity sector has to be redesigned.

"Quantum computers are going to take 20 years to be useful"
Yes, maybe. Even though multiple companies have a roadmap to reach the number of qubits required to break cryptography by 2030 (Google, IonQ, Quantinuum…).

    But…

    1) Quantum computing is tomorrow, post-quantum cybersecurity is NOW!

No matter when quantum computers will be powerful enough to be useful, we need to get ready now. Once we rich quantum supremacy it will be already too late.

And if you don't want to listen to me, just look at what governments and strategic companies do:

    2) Quantum eMotion is the best-positionned to provide maximal security in the post-quantum era

Quantum eMotion (QNC) is not just another "PQC"company. It has a MOAT that is protected by what could be the most important patent in the industry.

While most so-called "PQC" companies just implement PQC algorithms to existing products, QNC changes the root of security with quantum entropy.

Its technology that uses the electron tunnelling effect – which won the 2025 physics Nobel prize – allows it to have true randomness. And this randomness is the seed that makes a cryptography solution safer. It's a huge difference compared to all the companies that use pseudo-randomness generated by algorithms that will be vulnerable to quantum computers.

It's also better than photonic entropy as it is 10x faster (up to 1.8Gbps).

But the most important aspect of this technology is that it can be put on a small chip. Think about, all sensitive devices such as smartphones, computers, medical devices or military equipment can now be equipped with true randomness to secure communications.

QNC has the entire hardware and software stack to secure any connected device and system.

    3) The beast is now ready to be unleashed

In the last years, QNC has perfected its products, built its team and developed strategic partnerships. We're at the very moment when all this is starting to pay off as we enter commercialization stage. All the following partnerships should lead to revenue in the coming quarters:

    • Exascale Labs for data centers and AI
    • Aegis Critical Energy Defence in energy and batteries
    • TSMC that is producing their chips
    • Jmem Technology which desgins and manufactures their chips
    • Greybox Solutions in healthcare
    • Krown Technologies in crypto
    • Quantolio in finance

They're now on the path towards NIST FIPS 140-3 certification. This would be a game changer making it one of the only few companies that can be awarded public contracts. One single government contract could place it as reference in cybersecurity.

And they were recently in Saudi Arabia visiting Ministries as well as the Saudian Data and AI Authority.

    4) Next goals and risks

    The next goals are:

    • Delivery of the chips that have been manufactured by TSMC and tests
    • NIST FIPS 140-3 certification advancement
    • Revenues from the latest deployments

    The main risks are:

    • Hardware challenges delaying the mass chip porduction
    • Longer path towards certfication
    • Slowdown in PQC adoption

    TLDR;

    • New huge market opportunity being pushed by governements and big tech
    • Leading company with an hardware moat and protected by a patent
    • Deep network and partnerships that start generating revenues
    • Still early stage and opportunity for a 100-bagger

    Position
5800 shares. Not selling anything before $50.

English is not my native language.

The next cybersecurity giant starts trading on NYSE tomorrow (QNC)

    1. >TLDR at the end if you have ADHD.

Then put the TL;DR at the top of your post. That’s where it belongs.

    2. Other companies stop at PQC algos because that’s a sufficient and inexpensive measure to stymie quantum computers. Adding true randomness is great to help with key security, but we already have existing solutions.

I don’t think the money flows in until we can hold enough stable qubits to threaten cracking public key. For the moment it doesn’t look like there’s an analog to feature size scaling for quantum computing advancements. Hardware progress looks linear rather than exponential. It’s gonna be a bit more time and the cryptography community is trying their best to get ahead.

    3. Puts, anthropic just released a cybersecurity analyzer. Made other relevant stocks drop on announcement.

    4. post quantum cybersecurity, in theory it sounds great in practice they’re going to inevitably flop and then be liable for billions

      also, AI slop

    5. Post Quantum security is a scam. AES is quantum secure at 256 bits, then if its not, you can go 512, and 1024, and 2048, and 4096… Like increasing the encryption bit depth barely increases encryption cost, but every bit you add is an order of magnitude in difficulty.

      Don’t fall for this.
